Job Description
Location
Anchorage, Alaska
The Gig
We are looking for someone to provide personal assistance to the CEO and COO at SenecaWorks. This role is for roughly 10-15 hours per week, making it an excellent “side hustle” opportunity. Broadly, your responsibility is supporting the CEO with local activities including:
- Grocery shop weekly.
- Veggie prep (chop seasonal veggies and have in tupperware).
- Pick up CSA box (summer months).
- If you like cooking, nutritious 4-5 lunches per week.
- Post office.
- Process mail and handle bill payments and coordination.
- Home cleaning 2x/month (or coordinating it gets done by someone else).
- Fuel up car 1x/week.
- Clean car (vacuum, wipe down) 1x/month.
- Run miscellaneous errands like buying gifts, returning items.
- Make travel arrangements.
Business Related Administration
To provide mailing service to the company, you need to be comfortable with computers. We have detailed standard operating procedures (i.e. instructions) on how to do every step of what is described below.
- Mail certificates for the business 1x per month (need a printer or ability to work downtown at our coworking office).
- Mail swag to our customers (we have gifts at different milestones they reach).
- Order mail supplies, keep inventory up, and coordinate with the team if anything is needed.
- Mail books to customers receiving a copy.
- Address special temporary projects related to business operations.
Compensation
This position begins at $22 per hour. You will be an employee (meaning we will pay your payroll taxes).
